All parcels are shipped from our office in London, UK. Please allow up to 3 days for dispatch. Parcels can be tracked with your tracking code sent via email, through the Royal Mail website.
Uk Shipping: Standard parcels are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48 hour service (arrival 2-4 working days from dispatch). 1st class upgraded parcels are sent via Royal Mail tracked 24 hour service (arrival 1-2 working days from dispatch).
Rest of the world shipping: All parcels are sent via Royal Mail tracked international service (arrival 1-2 weeks from dispatch). It is unlikely, but buyers may be required to pay custom charges, failure to do so will result in the package being returned to us.
Returns
As a small business, we encourage you to shop mindfully. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, read our policies below:
Order cancellations: Please email us asap, if your order has not already been processed, we will be able to cancel it for you.
Returns: Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. You are required to cover the tracked return postage. Once received back, a store credit refund of your order total, minus shipping, will be issued.
Damaged/missing items: Please note that all items are vintage, and therefore may show signs of wear. If unsatisfied, please email us asap with a detailed description and images, our customer service team aim to respond within 48 hours.
